Bye bye, New Zealand!

After extraordinary tour to Mount John observatory we got up next morning to the beautiful view of Lake Tekapo :

We walked around because we knew our trip was coming to end and we still wanted to enjoy our last days, actually hours.

Down the path by the lake there was a small church:

That was the Church of the Good Shepherd:

Not far from the church there was a monument to a sheep dog:

Here was a story of it:

Driving back to Christchurch, where we started our South Island adventure, we stop for few more beautiful views:

We spent the night in Christchurch and the next day flew to Auckland:

We drove back to Valda’s home.  We spent the last day packing, walked around Warkworth, again, we enjoyed the view from Valda’s terrace:

Bye bye, New Zealand!
